2019 we lost the great man, a real legend in his own time . The one and only Franco Columbo. If you know bodybuilding then you know Franco. He was pound for pound the strongest competitive bodybuilder in his generation. Winning many tiles that include Mr Universe and Mr Olympia.

He was Arnold Schwarzenegger best friend,  when they arrived in America they lived of each others energy and always made time for each other to this day . A friendship that lasted over 50 Years.

Franco was all round super athlete, started his lifer in Sardinia as a sheep herder, who dreamt of coming to America and make his dreams of reality. In Sardinia he was a involved in may disciplines  of sport. He excelled in Boxing, Powerlifting and in the end Body building.

Franco was the best bodybuilder in his class. He trained through his career with Arnold. They created the best physique together. They motivated each other to break through plateaus .

Franco was a true force of energy , his understanding of the human body was from years of understanding and researching skeletal movement, he accomplished so much and was very much active up until his untimely death .

Franco was a trainer to the stars . He created the regime that made Stallones RAMBO look like a gladiator on the silver screen. He understood diet , exercise and how to get the best from your genetics.

After retiring he set up in California as Chiropracter.

Blood and Oath is paying homage to one of the strongest Bodybuilder of any generation, he came to USA without a penny in his pocket. He came , he conquered and left HUGE VOID.

In his last interview days before he passed , he speaks about being humble and concentrating on ones elf rather chasing other peoples needs and goals .

Franco will live forever.
