Lets celebrate the legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is one individual stormed the USA like an express train . He had his goal set on becoming the Number 1 Body builder from the moment he landed in the USA once he accomplished this it was on to the next goal. He went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest seven times and cemented himself as a prominent presence in bodybuilding. He was never going to deliver an Laurence Olivier scene but what he was going to do was bring the full blown muscle hero to the silver screen. Arnold was told his name was too long and it needed to be changed. Arnold response was short and typical from a man who knew what he wanted .

“No problem, put an extension to the building so that it can hold my name”

Film after film he took over Hollywood and when this was achieved the Austrian Oak made his biggest move, Government – this was something that he spoke of in the 70’s and he was mocked. Come 2003 Arnold became Elected Mayor of California.

Arnold Schwarzenegger the Bodybuilder, the Actor, the Mayor became all round American Legend. He simply contributed his success to four factors –

TRAIN – EAT – SLEEP – REPEAT

Consistency is the key to life.

Today we celebrate this icon, he achieved his success through an Oath he made to himself and through Blood,  Sweat and Tears. He made every failure a success. Nobody becomes successful without failing. All you can do is Train – be that your mind, body or aura, Eat – feed your ambition, Sleep – rest and approach every day as new start, Repeat – If its not broken why fix it.
